Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 20, 2026. This policy describes how DinkerBelle, the operator of dinkerbelle.com, handles information through our website, community features, shop, applications, and giveaways. Contact us at admin@dinkerbelle.com with privacy questions or requests.
1. Information we collect
- Accounts and profiles: name, email, account credentials, city/state, profile photo, playing experience, skill level, biography, and other information you choose to provide. Account passwords are handled through the website’s authentication system; do not send passwords to us by email.
- Community activity: crew memberships, posts or introductions, messages, notifications, reports, nominations, applications, and correspondence you submit. Messages are available to their recipients and may be accessed by authorized administrators for support, safety, abuse investigations, or legal obligations.
- Orders: products ordered, contact and shipping/billing details, order history, fulfillment and return information, payment status, and limited payment identifiers. Payment providers process payment details under their own policies.
- Giveaways: account identifier, name, account email, eligible state, age group, acceptance of the rules, tip submissions, bonus claims, review decisions, entry totals, and drawing/verification records. For entrants aged 14–17 in a giveaway that permits them, we also collect parent or legal guardian contact information and a record of verified permission. We may request additional information from a potential winner as needed to verify eligibility, fulfill the prize, or meet legal reporting obligations.
- Technical information: IP address, browser/device details, pages and interactions, approximate location derived from technical data, cookie identifiers, and security or diagnostic logs collected by the site and its service providers. If you use an available location feature, location access is subject to your device/browser permissions.
2. Why we use information
We use information to create and maintain accounts; provide profiles, crews, messaging, and other community features; process orders and arrange fulfillment; handle applications and nominations; administer giveaways and verify guardian permission or winner eligibility; respond to requests; prevent fraud and abuse; diagnose problems; improve the site; and meet legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.
Marketing communications are separate from giveaway entry. Entering a giveaway does not require agreeing to promotional emails. You may unsubscribe from promotional email using its unsubscribe link or contact us. Account, security, order, and giveaway administration messages may still be necessary.
3. What others can see
Profile and community information you choose to publish—such as your name, photo, city/state, biography, playing information, public contributions, or crew information—may be visible to other members or site visitors, depending on the feature. Avoid posting private contact information, precise home locations, or information about another person without permission. Recipients can copy or share information you send them.
Giveaway emails, guardian contact details, and the private entry dashboard are not a public entrant directory. Pickleball tips submitted for giveaway entry are stored for administration and review; submission alone does not authorize unrelated public marketing use. We seek separate permission before using a private giveaway tip in public promotional content. Winner information may be disclosed as described in the official rules or as required by law.
4. Service providers and other disclosures
Information may be accessible to providers that help operate the site, hosting, security, account/email tools, payments, print-on-demand production, shipping, customer support, and measurement or advertising features. These can include WooCommerce and connected payment services, Printful, Printify, email delivery providers, and enabled social/advertising integrations such as Meta, Pinterest, or TikTok. Each provider receives information relevant to its service; providers may also collect information directly through their tools.
We may disclose information to comply with law or valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or carry out a business transfer subject to applicable privacy requirements. Social platforms, external websites, payment services, and other third-party services also have their own privacy policies.
5. Cookies, advertising, and your choices
The site uses cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, security, cart/checkout, preferences, measurement, and enabled advertising/social integrations. Advertising tools can disclose browser identifiers, device information, page visits, and events to their providers for measurement or advertising. Depending on applicable law and the specific activity, advertising-related disclosure may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising even when no customer list is sold for money.
You can use browser cookie controls, tracking protection, device settings, and the privacy controls of the relevant advertising services. Blocking some technologies may affect login, shopping, or other features. You may also email admin@dinkerbelle.com to request applicable privacy choices, including an opt-out of advertising-related sale/sharing or targeted advertising. We handle requests as required by the laws that apply. This policy does not itself disable tracking or replace any consent that applicable law requires.
6. How long information is kept
Retention depends on the purpose and applicable obligations. Account and community records may be kept while needed to provide the service; order records may be needed for fulfillment, returns, tax/accounting, and disputes. Giveaway entries, accepted rules, guardian verification references, moderation decisions, and draw records may be retained after closing to verify eligibility, award prizes, resolve complaints, prevent fraud, and meet promotion-record requirements. Giveaway records do not automatically disappear at the closing time.
Information may also remain in restricted backups or logs until those records are replaced or removed in their normal lifecycle. You can request deletion; information needed for legal obligations, security, disputes, or other permitted purposes may be retained.
7. Access, correction, deletion, and other rights
You can update available profile fields through your account. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a copy of, or limit certain uses of personal information, and to opt out of certain advertising-related disclosures. Contact admin@dinkerbelle.com with your request and the email associated with your account. We may reasonably verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority, and respond subject to applicable requirements and exceptions. Do not send identity documents or sensitive financial information unless we arrange a secure, necessary verification process.
If an applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal a denied privacy request by contacting the same address with “Privacy request appeal” in the subject line. We do not require you to waive applicable privacy rights to enter a giveaway.
8. Children and teen participants
Our online accounts and giveaway entry forms are not intended for children under 14. Do not submit a child’s personal information through an account or giveaway form as though the child were an eligible entrant. If you believe an underage child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Giveaways default to 18+. A giveaway may permit ages 14–17 only when its official rules expressly allow it and include a guardian consent process. Such entries remain ineligible for the drawing until the required guardian permission has been verified and recorded. Parents/guardians can contact us about a teen’s information or permission. A guardian’s name/email in a form is not, by itself, verified consent.
9. Security, location, and policy updates
We use safeguards intended to protect information, but no system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Please keep account credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access. Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries in which they operate. We may update this policy as the site or legal requirements change, show the effective date here, and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required. A material change does not automatically authorize a new use of previously collected data that requires separate consent.

Effective date: October 20, 2026. These terms govern use of dinkerbelle.com and DinkerBelle’s community, shop, content, and giveaway features. Please read them before using the services or creating an account. If you do not agree, do not create an account, submit entries, or use features requiring agreement. 1. Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Do not impersonate anyone, share another person’s credentials, or create accounts to evade restrictions or manipulate entries. Online account and giveaway participation is for people aged 14 or older. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must authorize your participation and accept terms on your behalf where required; the age limit and guardian requirements of an individual feature or giveaway may be stricter. An adult must place and accept responsibility for shop orders.
2. A welcoming community
Treat others respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, stalk, send spam, solicit through deceptive methods, post unlawful material, infringe intellectual property, expose someone’s private information, or interfere with site security. Use messaging, crews, nominations, and applications for their intended purposes. We may restrict accounts or remove content for a violation, safety concerns, fraud, or legal requirements. Giveaway entry decisions remain subject to the published official rules and applicable law.
3. Your submissions and other people’s rights
You retain ownership of original content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide it, including permission from identifiable people where required. For content you intentionally publish through profiles or community features, you grant DinkerBelle a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, format, and display it as needed to operate those features and honor your chosen submission purpose. This is not a blanket permission to put your likeness or content on merchandise or use it in unrelated advertising.
Private messages, application materials, and private giveaway tips are handled for the purpose for which they were submitted. Giveaway tips may be stored and reviewed for entry administration; public promotional reuse requires separate permission. Do not submit another person’s photo, personal story, nomination, or a minor’s information without the required permission. Additional permissions may be requested before publishing a spotlight, nomination, or promotional feature.
4. Court listings, meetups, and playing safely
Court listings, fees, schedules, availability, skill descriptions, tips, and other information can change or contain errors. Confirm important details with the venue or organizer before traveling, paying, or playing. A listing, community connection, or crew does not guarantee safety, availability, supervision, or another participant’s identity. Use judgment when meeting people and share locations carefully.
Pickleball tips and community content are general information, not individualized medical advice or a guarantee of results. Play within your abilities, follow venue rules, use appropriate equipment, and obtain suitable professional advice when needed. These terms do not waive rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be waived.
5. Shop orders, fulfillment, and returns
Prices, product details, available options, taxes, shipping costs, and delivery estimates are shown through product pages and checkout. Product colors and appearance may vary by screen and production method. Orders may be fulfilled by third-party production/shipping partners. Checkout terms and the product-specific conditions disclosed when you order apply.
For payment, shipping, returns, damaged items, or order questions, see our Customer Service information and contact us before sending an item back. These terms do not create a different return window or remove rights under applicable consumer law. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you about the available resolution, including any refund due.
6. Giveaways and official rules
Each giveaway has its own official rules stating the sponsor, eligible ages/locations, entry period and timezone, prizes and retail value, entry limits, free entry methods, selection process, and winner notification requirements. Those rules control the specific promotion; these general terms do not silently change an already published giveaway. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win a DinkerBelle sweepstakes, and a purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
Where offered, each accepted original pickleball tip receives one bonus entry, up to the published limit. The equivalent free bonus method described in the giveaway rules allows the same entry opportunity without submitting a tip. Duplicate, irrelevant, infringing, unlawful, or spam submissions may be rejected for an objective reason under those rules; writing quality or skill does not determine a random-draw winner. A pending submission or guardian request is not an accepted drawing entry.
Sharing currently earns no entries unless the specific giveaway’s published rules expressly introduce an allowed, verifiable method before the giveaway launches. A share button, copied link, screenshot, or click alone does not establish that an eligible action occurred. Any future social-entry or referral method must follow the relevant platform rules, clear disclosure requirements, anti-fraud rules, entry caps, and free alternative described in that giveaway’s rules. Facebook personal-timeline shares or friend tags are not an entry requirement or bonus-entry method.
Potential winners must meet the official rules and complete reasonable verification. A minor’s guardian must give the required permission and accept any prize as required by those rules. No payment or purchase is required to release a prize. Do not send money to someone claiming that a prize must be unlocked. DinkerBelle promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or another social platform unless the official rules expressly and accurately say otherwise.
7. Sponsorships, nominations, and events
Submitting an application, nomination, or event interest form does not guarantee selection, funding, publication, or participation. The applicable program’s stated criteria and terms govern. Do not provide sensitive information about another person unless it is necessary and you have permission. Event and venue operators may have their own registration, cancellation, safety, and participation terms.
8. Site content, availability, and external services
DinkerBelle’s branding, original site materials, and designs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the site for its intended personal/community and shopping purposes; do not copy or resell protected materials without permission. Third-party marks belong to their owners.
We aim to keep the site useful and available, but availability, third-party tools, and the accuracy of every listing or submission cannot be guaranteed. External links, social platforms, payment providers, and venues operate under their own terms. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer protections or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
9. Changes and contact
We may update the site and these terms, showing the effective date here and providing additional notice or requesting renewed agreement when required. Updated general terms do not retroactively change a published giveaway’s official rules or a completed order’s agreed terms.
